Policies
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. No CODs or invoicing. Pre pays are accepted with Certified Check or Money Order - No Company, Personal or Business Checks accepted. Please call for total including shipping and handling.
Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on Linen orders over $500.00.
Returns
- A return authorization is required for all returns.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- All equipment returns MUST be returned in original package with all parts, literature, and packing included.
- Shortages or Damage Claims MUST be reported within 24 Hours after receipt of order.
